As a small business we are unable to offer refunds at this time, however your satisfaction is our primary concern and we want you to be in love with your purchase.

Please reach out to us with any issues as we may offer a replacement of your order but replacements are decided on a case-by-case basis.

Items are entitled to be fully or partially replaced based upon complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a replacement. If the item matches the description located on the site and the buyer is unsatisfied, we are not responsible for refund.
